The wines are matured for 18 months in oak barrels with a capacity of 225 litres. The natural wine making method means no addition of sulfure dioxide. The wine is unclarified and unfiltered.
On the palate it is ripe and juicy with hints of spices. The velvety smooth finish makes it pleasant to drink.
