50% Pinot Noir, 50% Zweigeltrebe
A cuvee from the bountiful harvests of 2012 - subtle, delicate and elegant. Nuances of cherries, roses and peony. A beautiful wine to drink on its own, or pair excellently with grilled tuna steak. The wine was fermented in traditional open vats and bottled without clarification or filtration.
