DESCRIPTION
The wines are matured for 18 months in oak barrels with a capacity of 225 litres. The natural wine making method means no addition of sulfure dioxide. The wine is unclarified and unfiltered.

On the palate it is ripe and juicy with hints of spices. The velvety smooth finish makes it pleasant to drink.

DESCRIPTION
A cuvee from the bountiful harvests of 2012 - subtle, delicate and elegant. Nuances of cherries, roses and peony. A beautiful wine to drink on its own, or pair excellently with grilled tuna steak. The wine was fermented in traditional open vats and bottled without clarification or filtration.

DESCRIPTION
Distinct aroma and taste of dark cherries and stone fruits.  The wine has supple acidity and a moderate tannin structure that is well integrated from oak barrel aging. The aftertaste is long and slightly spicy.

HISTORY
Peter Kočařík is a winemaker from the town of Čejkovice in Czech Republic. Managing 2 hectares of vineyards ensures his utmost care and attention given to the organic and biological viticulture methods. His wine making method mostly involves aging for months on lees in oak barrels.

DESCRIPTION
This Riesling variety comes from 32 year-old vines grown in the Podyjí National Park of Moravia in Czech Republic.  The light golden hues exhibits nuances of blooming acacia and fruits. It is hard to miss the mineral finish, a result of the Palaeozoic bedrock geologically found in the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands. 

The wine is aged on the lees for 14 months without sulphur dioxide or other additives.

A perfect companion for seafood and hard mature cheeses.

One of the pioneers of wine making in Moravia, Dobrá Vinice Petra Nejedlíka manages his vineyards which are located near the town of Znojmo in Czech Republic. 80% of the vineyards are located in the Podyjí National Park where Palaeozoic bedrock lies, imparting its unmistakable mineral profile in the wines of Dobrá Vinice.

DESCRIPTION
The grapes come from vineyards in the Podyjí National Park in Moravia with the unique Palaeozoic bedrock , geologically belonging to the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands. The wine has a straw yellow color. Aroma of white flowers and pomaceous fruits lingers on the palate, with a mineral after taste. A pleasant wine suitable for daily drinking, and pairs very well with hard cheeses.
